How To Get The Right Career With Magick

Now we're going to get into a nifty topic.

Here is something that a lot of people can use right away - using spirits to get into the right job or career asap.

This is not about forcing your way into any industry, or trying to convince people you have skills that you don't. None of that is remotely to do with what we're talking about here.

We're going to get into interesting territory here, because most people want a career but they don't realize a job is a dead end until there's no room for movement...

... and that's not good.

Getting a career is about long term progress; your pay increases gradually over time with a career - with jobs it's like arguing with a wall... it's an endless battle.

It's not about getting one promotion and being happy with it; this is about getting something you can work with long term and be honestly happy about. How many people can seriously say they're happy with their work situations? It's not very many people - honestly, it's so few that people have to skip around to different jobs in hopes of finding their careers.

That's just not how it works.

The spirits can guide you to something that you can depend on for years to come.

It might be a job that looks like a career, but how do you know whether it's truly a career or not...

This is something the spirits can help you with - a lot.

Shub-Niggurath (the Old Ones) - enables you to find the proper career that most aligns with your passions; this will be something you progress within for many years, if not decades to better yourself and the company.

Kratos (Greek spirit) - Gives you understanding of your ideal career so that you can pursue it; guides you to the proper resources that can get you a job in that industry that turns into a long term career.

Baphomet - Leads you to the perfect career; this gives you the guidance you need to find the right industry and job that you can develop yourself within in the years / decades to come.

These are spirits that can help you find that job - because the entry level positions tend to feel like jobs - that can easily turn into careers.

Obviously this is also about putting forth more than enough effort to show case your talents; we aren't influencing people to give us promotions randomly here - a career is about developing your skills over time, which many people just don't get.

Can a job technically be something where you promote continuously... ?

Think about what that really says. A job is technically an entry level position - the promotions tend to be much harder in those positions.

You know it's true, I know it's true - we've all been there and done that.

But the careers are really different... like seriously different.

Those are the jobs that turn into something you can be proud of. You know it when you're in it, and it's not something small whatsoever.

This is why the spirits have to help guide us; we often make the mistake of thinking a job is a career and it happens far too much for us to take lightly. It just needs to stop.

This is something we can change, however. And it's not something we should sweep under the rug - this is a very big thing we just cannot afford to mess this up.

Can you imagine being in a work environment where you are actually encouraged and feel good about what you're doing. Everything just works out and you just feel at home.

That's what happens in a career, and I'm not even joking about how many people need this, like today, but they don't remotely see that it's an issue.

Change needs to happen but the spirits need to know we want the help - they don't intervene just because we kind of think we have a problem.

It needs to be major change we're seeking and we have to reach out to them.

Naberius - Gives you understanding of your wants and needs so that your passions are more obvious to you; aids with leading you toward something that feels like you are fulfilling your life purpose - can apply to finding a job, a hobby, a career, spiritual path etc.

That is the final piece to the puzzle. You need life direction and understanding of who are you and what you want - and that is it.
